This app-specific notice applies to Learn Lithuanian For Beginners. It uses the common DugloApps data practices described below unless an in-app disclosure states otherwise.
1. Acceptance and scope
These Terms of Use apply when you access or use Learn Lithuanian For Beginners (Apple ID 1611144931). By using the website or app, you agree to these Terms and the applicable store rules. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
For apps downloaded from Apple's App Store, these Terms supplement and do not replace the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), unless a custom EULA is shown in App Store Connect. If there is a conflict, mandatory Apple terms and applicable consumer law control.
2. Educational purpose
The apps provide language-learning content, pronunciation practice, quizzes, and progress tools for educational and informational purposes. Results vary between learners. We do not guarantee fluency, examination results, employment outcomes, or error-free translations or pronunciations.
3. License and permitted use
Subject to these Terms and the applicable EULA, you receive a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, misuse content, or use the apps for unlawful purposes, except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise.
4. Purchases, subscriptions, and free trials
Some apps offer premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions or a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices, billing periods, free-trial availability, and included features are shown in the app and App Store before purchase.
- Subscriptions are billed to your Apple account and renew automatically unless cancelled at least as required by Apple's then-current rules.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.
- Refund requests and billing disputes are handled under Apple's policies.
- A lifetime purchase provides non-expiring access to the purchased app's designated premium features for as long as that app remains available and technically supported, subject to these Terms and applicable law.
- Restore Purchases may be used to recover eligible purchases associated with the same Apple account.
5. Free features and advertising
Free versions may contain advertising and may limit lessons or features. Advertising availability, frequency, format, and free-access limits may change. Where required, consent and tracking choices are presented separately.
6. Intellectual property
The apps, website, designs, code, course structure, text, graphics, audio organization, trademarks, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Ali Umer and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. App Store, Apple, iPhone, and related marks belong to Apple Inc.; Google Play, Firebase, and AdMob marks belong to Google LLC.
7. Third-party services
The apps may rely on Apple, Google, device speech services, advertising providers, hosting providers, and other third-party services. Their own terms and privacy policies apply. We are not responsible for third-party outages, account restrictions, store decisions, payment processing, or content outside our control.
8. Availability, updates, and changes
We may update, redesign, suspend, replace, or discontinue features to improve the apps, maintain compatibility, address legal or security requirements, or respond to third-party changes. We do not guarantee that every feature, language, device, voice, or service will remain available indefinitely.
9. User responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and Apple account, reviewing purchase details before confirming payment, and using the apps lawfully. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising use and purchases by minors under their care.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and apps are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy, or fitness for a particular learning outcome. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ali Umer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of or inability to use the apps. Any limitation applies only to the extent allowed by the consumer law applicable to you.
11. Suspension or termination
Your permission to use an app may end if you materially violate these Terms, misuse the service, or infringe intellectual-property rights. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual-property, disclaimers, and limitations—will continue to apply.
12. Governing rules and disputes
These Terms are interpreted under applicable law, including any non-waivable consumer protections in your country or region. Before starting a formal claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when products, pricing models, legal requirements, or service providers change. The updated date at the top indicates the latest revision. Continued use after an update means the revised Terms apply, to the extent permitted by law.
